• Binds to logical keys, so it's affected by your current layout.
• Some keys can be remapped, but some cannot (e.g. menu navigation or other, usually non-critical things).
• Whether you consider the game playable in Dvorak will depend on whether you can live with the hardcoded keybindings.
• Or you can play in Qwerty, but you may have difficulty naming in-game items (optional).

What happens if I start with the wrong layout?

• The game will be unplayable until you change to the correct layout.
• You do not need to restart the game after changing layout.
